草菇是人工栽培生长最快的高温型菇类,但产量低且不稳定.以稻草、棉籽壳为原料的,生物效率分别为10～15%和25%左右.为探索草菇的增产潜力,我们自1984年以来,用棉籽壳作原料,以筛选菌种入手,改进栽培技术,平均生物效率达40%.一、材料和方法(一)菌种与配料菌种有V_(23)、V_(20),引自广州微生物所;北京种,引自北农大;武昌种,引自武昌县微生物站.母种用PDA 培养
