压铸法是铸造生产中的一项新工艺。采用压铸法生产可以获得比砂型件强度高25～40％的优良精密铸件;并具有节约金属材料,减少机械加工工时,缩短生产周期,降低成本,提高零件寿命等优点。洛阳风动工具厂从1969年开始到目前为止,共设计了YN30型内燃凿岩机压铸零件七种,其中三种由原来铝镁合金材料改为铝合金材料,不但满足了使用要求,而且大大降低了成本;特别是风扇(即飞轮)零件,采用压铸法新工艺后,对整个产品性能有所提高。该厂于1974年又进厂630吨及250吨压铸机各一台,目前正在安装调试过程中。准备将压铸法新工艺进一步扩大应用,以获得更加显著的经济效果,使压铸法新技术在社会主义建设
Die casting is a new process in casting production. The use of die-casting method can produce better than sand mold strength 25 ~ 40% of the fine castings; and has the advantages of saving metal materials, reduce machining time, shorten the production cycle, reduce costs and improve the life of parts. Since 1969, Luoyang Pneumatic Tools Factory has so far designed a total of seven kinds of die casting parts for YN30 internal combustion rock drill, of which three have changed from original aluminum-magnesium alloy materials to aluminum alloy materials, not only meeting the requirements of usage but also greatly reducing Cost; especially the fan (ie flywheel) parts, using die-casting method of new technology, the overall product performance has improved.
