甘丙肽( Gal) 广泛分布于外周和中枢神经系统, 与某些神经肽和递质共存于同一神经细胞内, 参与机体多种生理功能的调节。在脊髓, Gal 纤维来源于无髓初级传入,并有它的上行通路, 在初级感觉传入中起神经递质作用, 可能是一种内源性镇痛物质。外源性 Gal 对脊髓反射的兴奋性作用复杂, 低剂量有易化作用, 而高剂量有抑制作用。 Gal 可协同吗啡镇痛, 参与痛觉调节, 为临床镇痛药物的开发提供了新的思路。
Galanin (Gal) is widely distributed in the peripheral and central nervous system, and some neuropeptides and neurotransmitters coexist in the same nerve cells, involved in the regulation of a variety of physiological functions. In the spinal cord, Gal fibers originate from uninucleated primary afferent and have its upstream pathway, which acts as a neurotransmitter in primary afferent afferent and may be an endogenous analgesic substance. The excitatory effect of exogenous Gal on spinal cord reflex is complex, low dose has facilitation, and high dose has inhibitory effect.
