选用SPF规格材(云杉-松木-冷杉)与不同厚度的定向刨花板,依据荷载垂直或平行于木材纹理方向制作60个夹板剪力墙钉连接试件以及20个标准剪力墙钉连接试件,采用美国ASTM D 1761-12试验标准进行单调加载试验。结果表明:采用相同厚度的定向刨花板制作的夹板剪力墙钉节点承载力比标准剪力墙钉节点承载力大;随着夹板厚度的增加,夹板剪力墙钉节点承载力、刚度、延性系数提高;相同厚度OSB制作的顺纹钉节点刚度大于横纹钉节点;12mm厚的定向刨花板比较适合制作夹板剪力墙。
