对建筑用5052+Er合金连铸板坯、热轧态、冷轧态和退火态的显微组织进行了观察,分析了再结晶退火温度对合金力学性能和成形性能的影响,并探讨了其作用机理。结果表明,当退火温度在340~360℃时,5052+Er合金的抗拉强度和屈服强度降幅较大、断后伸长率增幅较为明显;合金的再结晶开始温度为320℃,再结晶完成温度为360℃;360℃退火2 h后的合金屈强比的平均值为0.592,应变硬化指数的平均值为0.3882,合金具有良好的塑性和成形性能;合金中尺寸约在20~30 nm与基体保持共格/半共格关系的Al_3Er相,可以起到抑制再结晶的作用。
