目的:本人在第七届城市运动会期间对运动员餐厅进行了食品和营养状况的调查,了解营养卫生方面存在的问题,优化运动员餐厅的膳食结构,为运动员在比赛期间提供有效的膳食保障。方法:采用问卷调查,对在运动员餐厅就餐的运动员、教练员、进行现场调查。结果:通过调查,有近81%的运动员和教练员认为就餐环境和卫生状况良好;在餐厅提供食物的分配比例上,运动员、教练员主观上认为炒菜用油过多及油炸食物过多的分别占58%和52%;在比赛期间有加餐习惯方面的调查中显示,有近75%的运动员有加餐的习惯。
OBJECTIVES: I conducted a survey on the food and nutrition status of athletes ’restaurants during the Seventh Urban Games to understand the problems in nutrition and hygiene, optimize the diet of athletes’ restaurants and provide effective dietary protection for athletes during the competition. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the athletes and coaches who dined in the athlete’s restaurant. Results: According to the survey, nearly 81% of athletes and trainers think eating environment and health are good. In terms of the proportion of food provided by restaurants, athletes and coaches subjectively think that cooking oil is too much and fried food is too much Accounting for 58% and 52% respectively. In the survey on the eating habits during the competition, nearly 75% of athletes had the habit of having meals.
