交通肇事逃逸案侦破难度大,一直都是公安交管工作中的一大难题。广东省中山市城区交警大队在解决这个难题方面已大有进展。 今年1至9月份,中山市城区共发生重大交通肇事逃逸案件8起,均及时侦破,破案率达到100％。而在这以前,1999年发生重大交通肇事逃逸案5起,2000年12起,2001年8起,侦破率只有40%至50%。今年比去年侦破率翻了一倍,并且侦破速度非常快,最长的仅用7个小时,最短的只用了45分钟。城区大队今年是怎样侦破逃逸案件的?
