前言试验已证明灰霉病(Botrytis Cinerea)孢子在葡萄不同成熟度果粒渗出的糖液中发芽侵染的情况是不同的,因而葡萄浆果中糖的含量是感染灰霉病的各种参数之一。对葡萄浆果的接种试验是比较其成熟度且不伤果皮的新方法,是很有意义和值得推广的。用手持折光仪直接测定浆果含糖的方法,因为要损伤果皮而不可取,目测浆果色泽的方法也是得不到可靠数据的,如在接种灰霉菌后,再测定含糖量也是不合理的,因为真菌改变了果汁的重量。
