利用金相、X射线衍射和电子显微术研究了MB15镁合金挤压型材的微观组织,阐明了一次挤压型材拉伸强度高的原因。实验结果表明,一次挤压型材处于热加工动态回复状态,仅有部分区域发生初期再结晶,是有利于提高强度的状态,因而合金的强度值较高。二次挤压型材处于动态再结晶状态,晶粒显著长大,发生了强烈的再结晶,导致合金软化,因而强度性能较低。
The microstructure of MB15 magnesium alloy extrusion profile was studied by metallography, X-ray diffraction and electron microscopy. The reason of the high tensile strength of the extruded profile was demonstrated. The experimental results show that once the extruded profile is in the dynamic state of thermal processing, only the initial recrystallization occurs in some regions, which is in favor of increasing the strength, so the strength of the alloy is higher. Secondary extrusion profiles in a dynamic recrystallization state, significant grain growth, the occurrence of a strong recrystallization, resulting in alloy softening, and thus lower strength properties.
