为探讨近视与正常眼之间角膜厚度的关系,用超声角膜测厚仪对近视者168例(332眼)及健康者25人(50眼)进行角膜厚度测定。结果近视的角膜厚度较正常眼为薄(P<0.01)。近视着角膜各部的厚度,离散度较大。无论近视眼或正常眼,角膜厚度依中心、旁中心、旁周边、周边递次增厚。但是,近视的角膜厚度并不依屈光度的加大而愈加变薄。结论准确测量个体的角膜厚度,对放射状角膜切开术的顺利实施和提高手术效果至关重要。
To explore the relationship between myopia and corneal thickness between normal eyes, corneal thickness was measured by using echocardiography in 168 cases (332 eyes) of myopia and 25 eyes (50 eyes) of healthy subjects. Results The corneal thickness of myopia was thinner than that of normal eyes (P <0.01). Myopia corneal various departments of the thickness, greater dispersion. Regardless of myopia or normal eye, corneal thickness according to the center, next to the center, next to the perimeter, peripheral thickening. However, myopia corneal thickness does not increase with diopter and become increasingly thinner. Conclusion Accurate measurement of individual corneal thickness is crucial for the successful implementation of radial keratotomies and the improvement of surgical outcomes.
