目的探讨LEEP刀在宫颈病变中的应用。方法回顾分析本院自2006年12月至2008年12月收治的患者。结果本组治疗后1～3个月随访,一次性治愈的112例,二次性治愈8例。总有效率为100%。结论LEEP操作简单易掌握,价格便宜,手术时间短,术中出血少,患者痛苦小,术后反应小,能保留完整、连续的标本进行病检,宫颈外形恢复快,无需住院,是目前治疗宫颈病变较好的方法,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the application of LEEP knife in cervical lesions. Methods Retrospective analysis of patients admitted to our hospital from December 2006 to December 2008. Results The patients were followed up 1 to 3 months after treatment, 112 cases were cured at one time, and 8 cases were cured at the second time. The total effective rate is 100%. Conclusions LEEP is simple and easy to operate, inexpensive, short operative time, less intraoperative bleeding, less painful patients and less postoperative reaction, which can preserve intact and continuous specimens for pathological examination. The rapid recovery of cervical shape requires no hospitalization and is the current treatment Cervical disease is a better way, it is worth clinical promotion.
