目的探讨分析血液透析过程中常见的报警原因,并寻找处理方法。方法选择我院血液透析中心进行血液透析的患者112例作为研究对象,统计血液透析过程中的非机器故障报警。结果共计非机器故障报警788次,占93.70%;其中,压力报警439例次,55.71%;空气报警,205例,占26.02%;电导度报警和漏血报警依次为126例,15.99%;18例,2.28%。结论血液透析中心发生机器报警的原因有多种,应制定出相应的应急预案,并对医务人员进行专业培训,从而保证患者的生命安全。
Objective To analyze and analyze the common alarm causes during hemodialysis and to find the treatment method. Methods A total of 112 patients undergoing hemodialysis in our hemodialysis center were enrolled in this study, and the non-machine fault alarms during hemodialysis were calculated. Results A total of 788 non-machine fault alarms were reported, accounting for 93.70% of the total; 439 cases were pressure alarms and 55.71% were air alarms; 205 cases were air alarms, accounting for 26.02%; 126 cases and 15.99% Example, 2.28%. Conclusion There are many reasons for the occurrence of machine alarm in hemodialysis center. Corresponding contingency plans should be worked out and professional training for medical staff should be made to ensure the patient’s life safety.
