四、治疗(一)物理和化学清创其原理是用物理或化学性清创术来清除感染细胞和病毒。常用刀片或棉签清除溃疡病灶上皮、亦可用冷冻、糜蛋白酶、石炭酸、90%乙醇、乙醚、碘酊、硫酸锌、硝酸银等。清创术不能改变病毒在感染细胞中的数量,只能使病毒和感染的细胞同归于尽。由于这些药物都是些原生质毒,刺激性大,能使病变区角膜实质层产生一定疤痕,并有促使病变向深层发展的可能,故只适用于那些小而浅的溃疡,其疗效可与抗代谢药相比,但对于大而深的溃疡或以前用过激素的病例,清创术疗效不如抗代谢药物。近来用机械清创与IDU 联合治疗,由于前者减少病毒抗原,两者联合可减少盘状角膜炎的发生率。

Because these drugs are protoplasm toxic, irritating, corneal parenchyma of the lesion can produce a certain scar, and to promote the possibility of further development of the disease, it is only applicable to those small and shallow ulcers, and its efficacy with anti-anti Metabolic drugs compared to, but for large and deep ulcers or previously used hormones, debridement is not as effective as anti-metabolic drugs. Recently with mechanical debridement and IDU combined treatment, due to the former to reduce the viral antigen, the combination of the two can reduce the incidence of discoid keratitis.
