本文讨论了微孔自动化测量装置的原理与结构。电接触探针在微机控制下,在X方向找中心,在Y方向进行孔径测量。该系统不仅能实现测量过程自动化和测量结果自动显示,而且能自动消除测量工作台丝杠螺母反向间隙对测量精度的影响。
This article discusses the principle and structure of a microporous automated measuring device. Under the control of microcomputer, the electric contact probe looks for the center in the X direction and measures the aperture in the Y direction. The system can not only automate the measurement process and automatically display the measurement results, but also automatically eliminate the influence of the backlash of the measurement table screw nut on the measurement accuracy.
