利用灰色系统理论对甘薯多年多点鉴定试验、各级区域试验中的高级育种材料进行综合定量评价,其结果比仅对鲜、干薯产量作方差分析等能更准确、全面地反映参试材料的优劣性。以1994~1995年本所全国北方甘薯区域试验为例,选择反映参试材料优劣性的10个主要经济性状进行常规分析和关联分析,结果表明:1.兼用型材料的关联度(ri)大小依次为:皖S367>鲁薯7号>豫薯7号>冀87-21-2-2;2.食用型材料ri大小依次为:徐43-14>烟27>阜88-7-3。这一结果澄清了各参试单位利用单项性状指标(如产量)进行常规分析引起的争议,为优良品系皖S367和徐43-14推荐参加全国甘薯生产试验提供了强有力的理论依据。
Based on the gray system theory, the multi-year identification test of sweet potato and the comprehensive quantitative evaluation of advanced breeding materials at different levels of regional trials were carried out. This result clarifies the controversy caused by the routine analysis of individual trait indicators (such as yield) by each test unit and provides a strong theoretical basis for the recommendation of the excellent line Anhui S367 and Xu 43-14 to participate in the national sweet potato production test.
