目的 观察氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白 (OX LDL)对血管内皮细胞表达细胞间粘附分子 1(ICAM 1)的影响 ,以探讨其在动脉粥样硬化和缺血性脑血管病发病过程中的作用。方法 在血管内皮细胞的培养基中分别加入 2 5μg mL的低密度脂蛋白 (LDL)和OX LDL ,37℃下温育 2 4h ,应用定量免疫细胞化学分析技术检测血管内皮细胞ICAM 1蛋白的表达。结果 OX LDL组血管内皮细胞ICAM 1蛋白的表达显著增加 ,而LDL组只有轻微增加。结论 OX LDL可能通过刺激血管内皮细胞ICAM 1的表达而参与动脉粥样硬化及缺血性脑血管病的发生和发展过程
Objective To investigate the effect of oxidized low density lipoprotein (OX) on the expression of intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (ICAM 1) in vascular endothelial cells (VECs), and to explore its role in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis and ischemic cerebrovascular disease . Methods Low density lipoprotein (LDL) and OX LDL of 25 μg mL were added to the culture medium of vascular endothelial cells and incubated for 24 hours at 37 ℃. The expression of ICAM 1 protein in vascular endothelial cells was detected by quantitative immunocytochemistry . Results The expression of ICAM 1 protein was significantly increased in OX LDL group and only slightly increased in LDL group. Conclusion OX LDL may participate in the development of atherosclerosis and ischemic cerebrovascular disease by stimulating the expression of ICAM 1 in vascular endothelial cells
