目的:探讨眼科门诊治疗室开展健康教育的措施与应用效果。方法:温州医科大学附属眼视光医院眼科门诊治疗室在2014年5月~2015年5月收治的眼部疾病患者中,选择其中具有可比性的160例作为研究对象,并将其随机分成观察组与对照组,对照组患者给予常规护理措施,观察组患者在对照组患者护理的基础上再给予健康教育护理措施,分别比较两组患者治疗后对健康知识的掌握情况。治疗前后对健康知识的知晓率及对护理的满意程度。结果:经治疗后,观察组患者对健康知识的掌握情况,明显好于对照组患者对健康知识的掌握情况;治疗前两组患者对健康知识的知晓率差异不明显,治疗后观察组患者对健康知识的知晓率,明显高于对照组患者对健康知识的知晓率。观察组患者对护理的满意程度,明显好于对照组患者对护理的满意程度(P<0.05)。结论:眼科门诊治疗室开展健康教育的效果良好,在提高患者健康知识知晓率的同时,提高了患者的健康意识,在提高患者的治疗效果及降低医疗事故发生率上具有积极的促进作用,能够有效提高患者对护理的满意程度。
Objective: To explore the measures and effects of health education in ophthalmic outpatient treatment room. Methods: Ophthalmology Outpatient and Treatment Room of Optometry Hospital Affiliated to Wenzhou Medical University From May 2014 to May 2015, 160 patients with ophthalmic diseases who were treated with ophthalmology were selected as the research object, and randomly divided into observation Group and control group and control group. The patients in observation group were given health education and nursing measures on the basis of nursing care of patients in control group, and the mastery of health knowledge was compared between the two groups after treatment. The awareness of health knowledge and satisfaction with nursing before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, the patients in the observation group had a better grasp of health knowledge than those in the control group. There was no significant difference in the awareness rate of health knowledge between the two groups before treatment. Patients in the observation group were much more satisfied with the nursing care than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The effect of health education in ophthalmology outpatient treatment room is good. While improving the awareness rate of patients’ health knowledge, it improves the patient’s health awareness, plays an active role in improving the treatment effect and reducing the incidence of medical accidents. Effectively improve patient satisfaction with the care.
