一、问题的提出 为了使我区学校图书馆在以教育科研为先导,大面积提高教育教学质量的态势下,充分发挥其应有的效能,区教育局组成由普教科、督导室、校企站、教育图书资料中心的调查评估组。在2000年4月~2001年10月对本区所有中小学图书馆按“青浦区中小学图书馆评估细则”的标准进行调查、评估,旨在基本摸清本区中小学图书馆的现状,讨论学校图书馆如何适应全面实施素质教育要求,并提出合理、可行的中小学图书馆的发展策略。 二、调查研究方法
