“倾听”是EEPO有效教育操作系统中诊断领域里的一部分,有效的倾听,是实现有效教育的途径之一。培养学生倾听能力,首先要提高老师说的能力,然后采用科学的训练方法,培养学生听得清、记得快的能力,在小组合作学习中进行“倾听”能力的培养。而在教学过程中,教师以身作则,做好“听”的表率,让他们能边听边思考,边听边记录、总结,听得思维开阔,再给予学生正确评价,扎实地培养学生倾的听能力。
