The technical review meeting of the 1-meter long blade design scheme designed by Harbin Turbine Works was held in Beijing from September 20 to September 21, 1991. The meeting was co-chaired by the Department of Science and Technology and the Department of Electrical and Mechanical Services of the Ministry of Energy. The meeting heard Harbin Steam Plant on the 1-meter-long blade design calculation report and Northeast Electric Power Design Institute on Ha-3 project 600MW turbine last stage blades from 900mm to 1 meter after the technical and economic analysis.
