当前,我国急需一套科学、可行的理论来指导我国农村中小学布局调整的实践,来缩短城乡差距,体现教育平等、资源优化配置,实现我国中小学教育的整体提高。基于规模经济、教育经济效益的角度,评述农村中小学的布局调整所存在问题,挖掘问题产生的原因,提出有效改善策略,为进一步实现我国农村中小学教育的均衡发展做出理论积累。
