我县现有农村幼儿班648个,其中91%是混合班。在对全县幼儿园(班)游戏活动的调查中发现,游戏在农村幼儿班教育中是个极为薄弱的环节。在全县584个农村幼儿混合班中,游戏为空白的占40%,偶有偶无的占57%,能因陋就简正常开展游戏活动的只占3%。究其主要原因,一是不少幼儿家长、农村干部以至幼儿班教师对游戏在幼儿教育中的地位和作用缺乏认识,他们认为游戏可有可无,不如教孩子识字、做算术、背儿歌,能多学点“知识”;二是受到资金等条件的限制,玩具紧缺,有些地方至今还没有开
