目的:探讨中药制剂葛花露对乙醇所致肝损害的影响。方法:建立乙醇诱导的鼠实验性肝损害模型,实验分为对照组、乙醇组、葛花露组和乙醇+葛花露组,检测肝脏丙二醛(MDA)含量、血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)值和肝匀浆中乙醇浓度。结果:葛花露组MDA、ALT值和肝匀浆中的乙醇浓度较乙醇组明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:葛花露对乙醇诱导的大、小鼠肝脏损害有防护作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Gehualu on the liver damage caused by ethanol. METHODS: Ethanol-induced experimental hepatic injury models were established. The experiments were divided into control group, ethanol group, Gehualu group and ethanol + Gehualu group. The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in liver and alanine aminotransferase in serum were detected. ALT) values and ethanol concentrations in liver homogenates. Results: The MDA, ALT value and ethanol concentration in liver homogenate of Gehualu group were significantly lower than that of ethanol group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Gehualu has a protective effect on ethanol-induced liver damage in mice and mice.
