新会柑普茶是养生保健的一种新兴茶品,以独特的口感及突出的保健作用吸引了许多消费者。本文采用国标理化分析方法、原子吸收分光光度法技术测定了10种市场占有率较高的新会柑普茶的能量和核心营养元素。而由其组成的营养成分表标签使消费者在选购新会柑普茶时可以根据相应的数据来挑选适合自己健康需要的品种。结果表明,所测定的10种新会柑普茶中含脂肪0~1.9g/100g,0~3NRV%;蛋白质24.8~30.9g/100g,41~52NRV%;碳水化合物43.0~63.5g/100g,15~21NRV%;钠12~32mg/100g,1~2NRV%和能量1310~1450Kj/100g,16~18NRV%,它们中能量和核心营养元素含量相差不大。本文可为人们合理饮用新会柑普茶提供一定的参考依据。
Xinhui Mandarin tea is a new health tea products, with unique taste and outstanding health effects has attracted many consumers. In this paper, the energy and core nutrients of Xinhui citrus tea with 10 high market share were determined by physico-chemical analysis method and atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The composition of the nutritional content of the table label allows consumers to buy Xinhui Mandarin Pu tea can be based on the appropriate data to select suitable for their health needs of the species. The results showed that the 10 kinds of Xinhui citrus tea contained 0-1.9g / 100g of fat and 0-3NRV of fat, 24.8-30.9g / 100g of protein and 41-52NRV of protein, 43.0-63.5g / 100g of carbohydrate, 15 ~ 21NRV%; sodium 12 ~ 32mg / 100g, 1 ~ 2NRV% and energy 1310 ~ 1450Kj / 100g, 16 ~ 18NRV%, the content of energy and core nutrients in them are similar. This article can provide some reference for people to drink Xinhui citrus tea reasonably.
