用紫外分光光度法对复方枸橼钠注射液中５－ＨＭＦ进行检测．发现在２８４ｎｍ处外吸收值大于０．１，则本品就因颜色太深而性状不符合规定．
5-HMF in compound sodium citrate injection was detected by UV spectrophotometry. Found at 284nm outside the absorption value is greater than 0.1, the product because of the color is too dark and traits do not meet the requirements.
