分析了各种不同强度地震时调查建筑物损失所累积的大量资料，查明，潜在损失取决于预防将要发生地震的措施的效率。在处理资料的基础上，根据地震影响编制了不同强度地震使建筑物遭破坏程度的分布表。地震烈度为６～１０度时建筑物会受到中度破坏。
The analysis of the large amount of data accumulated in the investigation of building losses at different magnitudes of earthquakes has revealed that the potential loss depends on the efficiency of measures to prevent earthquakes. On the basis of the data processing, a distribution table of the degree of destruction of buildings caused by earthquakes of different strengths was compiled based on the influence of earthquakes. Earthquake intensity is 6 to 10 degrees when the building will be moderately damaged.
