文中叙述一种有效的场效应管小信号等效电路的优化方法。根据实际优化过的近三十种场效应管的等效电路，计算出所得Ｓ参数为实测Ｓ参数间有较好的一致性。
This article describes an effective field-effect transistor small signal equivalent circuit optimization method. According to the actual optimized equivalent circuit of nearly thirty FETs, the calculated S-parameters have good agreement among the measured S-parameters.
