2003年以来,方城县人力资源和社会保障局在局党委书记、局长李国奇的带领下,围绕服务全县中心工作大局,立足人劳社保事业改革发展的实际需要,以素质教育为基础,以机关管理为保障,以为民服务为导向,建立了打造“学习型、创新型、服务型、务实型、廉洁型、文化型、和谐型”机关的长效机制,不断强化队伍建设,取得了显著成效,先后获得了“省级卫生先进单位”“省级五型机关”“省级文明单位”“市级人民满意公务员先进集体”“市级五好基层党组织”等上百项荣誉,整体工作连续七年保持全市先进位次,连续三年荣获县政府集体三等功。如何取得这些成绩?有哪些经验可供人社部门借鉴?普通话、百句英语,作用何在?做早操、升国旗,会不会流于形式?星光论坛,到底能坚持多久?带着这些疑问,带着这些好奇,我们深入采访,认真观察。通过三天的采访,我们似乎找到了答案。
