[目的/意义]MOOC建设存在诸多利益相关者,从利益相关者的角度探讨图书馆如何与这些MOOC利益相关者合作,有助于提升其MOOC服务水平。[方法/过程]立足利益相关者理论,剖析MOOC的诸多利益相关者,指出图书馆与MOOC利益相关者合作具有可行性,可在MOOC的宣传推广、MOOC课程制作的支持、MOOC课程学习的支持、MOOC学习行为的研究、MOOC课程的开发、MOOC平台的建设方面开展合作,并通过培养合作意识、健全合作机制、组建专业队伍、构建合作联盟来实现图书馆与MOOC利益相关者在MOOC服务中的合作。[结果/结论]图书馆与MOOC利益相关者之间的合作既能促进MOOC的可持续发展,也能提升图书馆的MOOC服务水平。
[Purpose / Significance] There are many stakeholders in the MOOC construction. From the perspective of stakeholders, it is possible to explore how libraries can cooperate with these MOOC stakeholders to improve their MOOC service. [Method / Process] Based on stakeholder theory, this paper analyzes many stakeholders in MOOC, and points out that the cooperation between libraries and MOOC stakeholders is feasible and can be promoted in MOOC, MOOC course production support and MOOC course study support , MOOC learning behavior research, MOOC curriculum development and MOOC platform construction. Through cultivating awareness of cooperation, perfecting cooperation mechanism, setting up professional team and building cooperation alliance to realize the cooperation between library and MOOC stakeholders in MOOC service Cooperation. [Results / Conclusions] Cooperation between libraries and MOOC stakeholders promotes both MOOC sustainability and library MOOC service.
