将人表皮癌细胞 KB- 3- 1及其阿霉素抗性细胞 KB- A- 1接种于裸小鼠 BALB/c- nu前肢左腋下 ,经 8～ 9d的潜伏期 ,在小鼠左前肢长出肿瘤 ,建立了裸小鼠人表皮癌模型。
