观察不同剂量振肌胶囊及爱维治对大鼠疲劳模型血清一氧化氮(NO)含量及一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性的影响。结果显示与正常对照组相比模型组血清NO含量及NOS活性明显升高(P<0.05),与模型组相比振肌胶囊组(大剂量)血清NO含量及NOS活性明显降低(P<0.05),表明振肌胶囊可能是通过降低NO含量及NOS活性发挥其抗疲劳作用的。
Observed the effects of different doses of Zhenzhi Capsule and Aiweizhi on serum nitric oxide (NO) content and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) activity in rat fatigue model. The results showed that serum NO levels and NOS activity were significantly higher in the model group than in the normal control group (P<0.05). Compared with the model group, the NO content and NOS activity in the Zhenji Capsule group (high dose) were significantly lower (P<0.05). ), indicating that Zhen-Jian Capsule may exert its anti-fatigue effect by reducing NO content and NOS activity.
