人力资源是全球都给予高度关注的重大问题,是社会经济活动的主要动力。目前国内在人力资源研究和教学方面,侧重在微观管理理念、流程和方法等方面,缺乏基本理论的研究。本文对人力资源基本范畴进行了分析,首先阐述了人的生物性、社会性和经济性三个基本属性;进而阐述了人的“需要——动机——行为”链条,并侧重对现代管理学的重大理论——马斯洛需要理论进行了“七层次”的全面阐述和分析;其后,进一步对“人”这一特殊资源的复杂性问题进行了阐述,包括个体条件的多样性、个性人格的差异性、社会关系的复杂性和人文背景的广阔性;在上述分析的基础上,对人生源动力的含义和内容进行了阐述。
Human resources are major issues that have been given a great deal of attention globally and are the main driving force of socio-economic activities. At present, in terms of human resource research and teaching, the research focuses on the concepts, processes and methods of micro-management, lacking in the study of basic theories.
