用双硫腙光度法测定金属离子已有多年历史,但一向采用萃取光度法。目前,不少工作者采用胶束增溶法,但尚有试剂配制及体系稳定性等问题尚未很好解决。前文报告了用多波长数据线性回归法同时测定Cu~(2+)和Hg~(2+)的探讨,本文采用双波长法,用非离子表面活性剂平平加作为溶剂,找出了双硫腙水相直接光度法测定锌的适宜条件。应用此法于粮食及工业废水中锌的测定,结果较为满意。
With dithizone photometric determination of metal ions has many years of history, but has always been using extraction spectrophotometry. Currently, many workers use micellar solubilization method, but there are still some problems such as reagent preparation and system stability have not yet been solved. The previous report reported the simultaneous determination of Cu ~ (2+) and Hg ~ (2+) by multiple wavelength data linear regression method. In this paper, using the dual wavelength method, using nonionic surfactant as the solvent, Hydrazone Aqueous Direct Spectrophotometric Determination of Zinc Suitable Conditions. Application of this method in the determination of zinc in food and industrial wastewater, the results are more satisfactory.
