飞机液压负载功率设计是飞机液压系统设计中的重要部分,直接关系到飞机液压系统的安全性。为了优化液压负载功率和提高飞机液压系统工作性能,考虑飞机液压系统的机械、液压和控制之间的相互耦合,采用多领域统一建模语言Modelica,在MWorks软件中构建飞机液压系统动态仿真模型。利用试验数据对某型飞机液压系统工作特性进行了仿真验证,分析了不同工况变负载功率下飞机液压系统各系统之间的影响。仿真结果表明:飞机液压系统动态仿真模型能够有效地仿真实际液压系统在外部载荷作用下的压力流量特性,为飞机液压系统的验证与优化提供了模型支撑。
Aircraft hydraulic load power design is an important part of aircraft hydraulic system design, which is directly related to the safety of aircraft hydraulic system. In order to optimize the power of hydraulic load and improve the performance of aircraft hydraulic system, considering the mutual coupling of the mechanical, hydraulic and control of aircraft hydraulic system, multi-domain Unified Modeling Language Modelica was used to build the dynamic simulation model of aircraft hydraulic system in MWorks software. The experimental data were used to verify the working characteristics of a certain type of aircraft hydraulic system. The influence of various working conditions on the system of aircraft hydraulic system under different working load was analyzed. The simulation results show that the dynamic simulation model of the aircraft hydraulic system can effectively simulate the pressure flow characteristics of the actual hydraulic system under external loads and provide model support for the verification and optimization of the aircraft hydraulic system.
