用反相ＨＰＬＣ法测定羚羊感冒片中绿原酸的含量，色谱柱ＯＤＳ－Ｃ１８柱（０４．６×１５０ｍｍ，６μ）流动相：甲醇－水－乙腈－醋酸（３０∶６８．５∶１∶０．５），栓测波长３３０ｎｍ，测得回收率为９８．２％，ＲＳＤ＝１．１２％。
The contents of chlorogenic acid in the antelope cold tablets were determined by reverse-phase HPLC. The mobile phase of column ODS-C18 (04.6 × 150 mm, 6μ) was methanol-water-acetonitrile-acetic acid 0.5). The detection wavelength was 330 nm. The recovery was 98.2% with RSD = 1.12%.
