检查了来自鼠疫耶尔森氏菌 Y·pestis 的6MD 质粒转入假结核耶尔森氏菌 Y·(?)berculosis 后,对后者表达的耶氏菌属外膜蛋白(Yops)的影响。研究表明,6MD 质粒所编码的 pla 基因产物可以降解这些外膜蛋白,同时,也能降解假结核菌的 YadA 蛋白,使它转变为几种分子量略小的蛋 质亚单位或片断。本文还讨论了这种现象对鼠疫菌和假结核菌毒力的影响。
The effect of the 6MD plasmid from Yersinia pestis Yersinia pestis on Yops of the Yersinia sp. Yersinia Y (?) Berculosis transplanted into Yersinia Y. (?) Berculosis was examined. The results showed that the pla gene gene encoded by 6MD plasmid could degrade these outer membrane proteins and also degrade the YadA protein of pseudotuberculosis and transform it into several smaller subunits or fragments of molecular weight. This article also discussed the impact of this phenomenon on the virulence of Y. pestis and Pseudomonas sp.
