旅游专业学科是一个综合性、交叉性、边缘性学科,具有较强的理论性和实践性。旅游专业下的课程教学理念必须要与时俱进,面向实际操作,强化技能训练,提高服务水平。一、传统旅游教学模式的问题(一)重理论轻实践讲系统的教学思想体系传统的教学内容重理论、轻实践,强调学生获得知识的系统性和整体性,比较注重显性知识的获得。忽视学生的主动精神和自主探究能力的培养,结果导致学生毕业后空有一堆理论,不知如何运用。(二)以教师和课堂为中心的教学方法体系传统的教学过程都是以教师为中心、以课堂为中心、以书本为中心对学生进行知识传授,教师居于主导地位,是学生学习的灌输者,学生处于被动地位。教师按照教材讲授各门课程的知识点,学生只能按部就班被动接受,虽然一些教师在其课堂中增加了案例分析,但就知识体系而言,一个或几个案例很难将一个课程知识体系全面展示给学生。这种教学模式的主要缺点是:以教师为中心的被动听讲或练习,难以激发学生学习兴趣和主动性;教师逐一讲授知识点,学生不易抓住重点,知识结构不便把
