采用反相高效液相色谱法（ＲＰＨＰＬＣ）测定胰岛素聚乳酸微球的含量。在ＯＤＳ柱上，以乙腈０．０１％三氟乙酸（３０∶７０）为流动相，于２７６ｎｍ处进行检测。方法的平均回收率为９９．９３％，ＲＳＤ＝０．２４％（ｎ＝３）。线性范围在０．１０６４～２．１２８ｍｇ／ｍｌ。
The content of insulin polylactic acid microspheres was determined by RP-HPLC. ODS column with acetonitrile 0.01% trifluoroacetic acid (30:70) as the mobile phase at 276nm for testing. The average recovery of the method was 99.93%, RSD = 0.24% (n = 3). The linear range of 0.1064 ~ 2.128mg / ml.
