早年知道,1,25-二羟基维生素D_3〔1,25(OH)_2D_3〕参与钙磷骨骼代谢;近年又发现,1,25(OH)_2D_3具有更广泛的生物学作用.正常人单核细胞及恶性淋巴细胞均有1,25(OH)_2D_3受体;然而休止T、B细胞并无此受体,但被致分裂原活化或EB病毒感染后即可表达.本文报道,1,25(OH)_2D_3抑制PHA诱导的淋巴细胞增殖与IL_2生成.正常成人PBL、1%PHA及浓度递增的组胺(16~(-13)~10~(-8)M)在37℃共孵48小时,上清液中IL_2含量采用Smith等的生物测定法测定;淋巴细胞增殖以~3H-TdR
