我公司承建的重庆沙坪大酒家主楼标准层窗边处有一高出楼面500mm、宽300mm的反梁。为了通过常规的手段,使飞模跨越窗边反梁而顺利地飞出,我公司在向国内同行学习的基础上,设计了一套由钢管桁架等组成的跨越式飞模(以下简称“飞模”),用于有反梁的现浇楼盖施工,加快了施工速度,提高了工程质量,取得了显著的效果。一、工程概况沙坪大酒家为现浇钢筋混凝土框架剪力墙结构,建筑面积2万m~2,共26层,总高83.3m。其中标准层16层,层高2.9m;楼面板厚0.12m,房屋开间柱距7.4m,进深6.9m,纵向窗边梁和次梁净距4.06m,
