目的观察改良空肠管其在预防乐果农药中毒反跳中的疗效,并与鼻胃管及对照组进行比较。方法将65例口服乐果毒患者随机分为空肠管组22例、鼻胃管组23例和对照组20例,比较三组患者反跳发生例数以及血胆碱酯酶活性百分比变化、达到正常值低限活力60%以上所需要时间等差异。根据结果对三组数据采用SPSS 16.0软件进行处理,计量资料用(x±s)表示,组间比较采用t检验,计数资料组间比较用χ2检验。结果空肠管组反跳发生4例,胆碱酯酶活力恢复至60%以上所需要(10.04±1.21)d;鼻胃管组反跳发生10例,胆碱酯酶活力恢复至60%以上所需要(11.17±1.58)d;对照组反跳发生10例,胆碱酯酶活力恢复至60%以上所需要(11.35±2.05)d。数据分析结果显示在反跳发生率比较中,空肠管组与鼻胃管组比较差异有统计学差异(χ2=7.71,P<0.05),在胆碱酯酶活力均值动态检测中,空肠管组比鼻胃管组和对照组恢复均更加明显。结论改良的空肠管能有效降低乐果类农药中毒患者反跳发生率,促进胆碱酯酶活力的恢复,减少死亡率和住院天数。
Objective To observe the effect of modified jejunum tube in preventing rebound of dimethoate pesticide poisoning and compare with nasogastric tube and control group. Methods Totally 65 oral omethoate patients were randomly divided into jejunum group (n = 22), nasogastric tube group (n = 23) and control group (n = 20). The number of rebound occurred and the percentage change of blood cholinesterase activity Lower limit of normal activity more than 60% of the time required for such differences. According to the results of the three groups of data using SPSS 16.0 software for processing, measurement data (x ± s) said the comparison between groups using t test, count data between groups were compared with χ2 test. Results In the jejunal tube group, 4 cases rebound occurred, while that of cholinesterase recovered to more than 60% (10.04 ± 1.21) d. In the nasogastric tube group, 10 cases rebounded and the cholinesterase activity recovered to above 60% (11.17 ± 1.58) d. In the control group, 10 cases rebound occurred, and the cholinesterase activity needed to recover to above 60% (11.35 ± 2.05) d. Data analysis showed that there was significant difference between jejunal tube group and nasogastric tube group in the incidence of rebound (χ2 = 7.71, P <0.05). In dynamic test of cholinesterase activity, jejunal tube group Than the nasogastric tube group and the control group were more obvious recovery. Conclusion The modified jejunum can effectively reduce the incidence of rebound in patients with dimethoate pesticide poisoning, promote the recovery of cholinesterase activity, reduce the mortality and hospital stay.
