网络技术的飞速发展为教师培训提供了低成本的路径。如何在降低成本的同时保证在线培训的质量,基于这样的思考,福建教育学院于2010-2011年将引领式+任务驱动式在线学习模式应用到教师培训领域,并在充分考量受训者特性的基础上,对其实践机制作了诸多的创新。从两年的实践看,尽管还需克服诸多困难,但引领式+任务驱动式教学模式培训既充分发挥了网络技术的优势,又成功地将教师以及传统教育过程纳入其中,所以其在降低培训成本的前提下,保证了培训的质量。
