测定克山病稳定病区和非克山病病区正常儿童各20名,正常成人各16名血液中抗氧化能力和脂质代谢。结果:病区正常儿童红细胞的SOD活性降低和GST活性升高,病区儿童和成人红细胞的GSH-P_x活性和血浆中V_E含量明显降低,FFA含量正常和MDA含量增加。上述变化,提示克山病的致病因子可能是生物性的,并受膳食结构和生态环境的变化所制约。
Twenty Keshan disease stable and non-Keshan disease normal children were tested for their antioxidant capacity and lipid metabolism in each of 20 normal adults and 16 normal adults. Results: The activity of GSH-Px and the activity of GSH-Px in erythrocytes of normal children and adult erythrocytes were significantly decreased, while the levels of FFA and MDA were increased. The above changes suggest that the pathogenic factors of Keshan disease may be biological and are subject to changes in dietary structure and ecological environment.
