我国科学家最近发现了对水稻的籽粒灌浆、株型驯化起关键作用的2种基因,这2项重要研究成果发表于国际权威科学期刊《自然-遗传学》上。一项重要研究成果是,科学家发现了对水稻的籽粒灌浆起重要作用的GIF1基因。针对这个问题,上海植物生理生态研究所何祖华研究员领衔的研究组与国内外科学家合作,成功分离了控制水稻籽粒发育中蔗糖运输卸载和灌浆的关键功能基因。
Our scientists recently discovered two genes that play key roles in grain filling and plant domestication in rice. These two important findings have been published in the internationally recognized scientific journal Nature-Genetics. An important research result is that scientists have discovered a GIF1 gene that plays an important role in rice grain filling. In response to this problem, the research team headed by researcher He Zuhua of Shanghai Institute of Plant Physiology and Ecology, in collaboration with scientists at home and abroad, succeeded in separating key functional genes that control unloading and grouting of sucrose during rice grain development.
