应用计算机辅助的立体计量技术,对正常大鼠肺泡Ⅰ型上皮细胞及毛细血管内皮细胞内的吞饮小泡进行了定量研究。结果如下:(1)单位体积细胞质中的吞饮小泡数:内皮细胞为150.5±39.4,间质细胞38.0±19.6,Ⅰ型上皮细胞135.3±54.7(单位:10~(12)个/cm~3)。(2)吞饮小泡的分布:Ⅰ型上皮细胞腔面为0.05±0.03,基底面为9.08±4.37;毛细血管内皮细胞腔面为14.13±2.95,基底面为11.11±3.27(单位:10~8个/cm~2)。文中分析了Ⅰ型上皮与内皮细胞间上述参数的差异,并讨论了差异的功能意义。
The computer-assisted three-dimensional measurement technique was used to quantitatively study the swallowing vesicles in alveolar type I epithelial cells and capillary endothelial cells of normal rats. The results are as follows: (1) Number of swallowed vesicles per unit volume of cytoplasm: 150.5 ± 39.4 in endothelial cells, 38.0 ± 19.6 in stromal cells, 135.3 ± 54.7 in type I epithelial cells (unit: 10 ~ (12) 3). (2) Distribution of swallow vesicles: type Ⅰ epithelial cell surface was 0.05 ± 0.03, basal plane was 9.08 ± 4.37; capillary endothelial cell surface was 14.13 ± 2.95, basal plane was 11.11 ± 3.27 (unit: 8 / cm ~ 2). The paper analyzes the differences between the above parameters of type I epithelial cells and endothelial cells, and discusses the functional significance of the differences.
