用组化和细胞化学方法观察大鼠肝脏缺血不同时间后再灌注对琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)活性的影响,同时观察氯丙嗪的保护作用.结果发现,只有在长时间肝缺血,达到不可逆性损伤后再灌注的条件下,才可引起此酶活性降低,氯丙嗪对这种异常改变有明显的保护作用.
