The new round of curriculum reform has brought opportunities and challenges to high school teaching, requiring teachers to make full use of their students in a limited teaching time. How to accomplish the teaching goal efficiently and with high quality and improve the “validity ” of classroom teaching has become a major issue facing educators. Effective teaching is conversational and interactive, in which teachers can teach but not always only one voice. Whether teaching appears and maintains some kind of dialogue and interaction depends on whether teachers can effectively ask questions. Effective lesson
