本文报告58例颌间弹力牵引治疗颌骨骨折的临床资料,设计了可以避免短夹板向(牙合)方翻转的带双向钩的牙弓夹板,现介绍如下。用1.2mm直径的铝丝或1mm直径的紫铜丝,预制成带钩的牙弓夹板。用不锈钢结扎丝结扎固定在伤员的上下牙列的唇颊侧。受伤颌骨的夹板在骨折处剪断呈分段牙弓夹板。短的分段牙弓夹板作成双向挂钩(图1)。将弹力小圈套在上下夹板的挂钩上作颌间牵引,使上下牙(牙合)面达到最广泛的接触,双侧颞颌关节、咀嚼肌群和骨折线处无不适和疼痛。上颌骨骨折
This article reports 58 cases of intermaxillary elastic traction for the treatment of jaw fracture clinical data designed to avoid the short clamp to the (occlusal) side reversal with two-way hook dental arch, are described below.
