以罗布麻为试材,研究了盐碱、干旱和低温条件下,不同胁迫时期罗布麻过氧化物酶(POD)活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化情况。结果表明:盐碱、干旱、低温条件下,罗布麻POD活性表现出先升高后降低的趋势。盐碱、干旱条件下,罗布麻SOD活性呈现先升高后下降的趋势;在低温胁迫条件下,随着胁迫时间的延长,罗布麻SOD活性先下降后上升。盐碱胁迫条件下,罗布麻MDA含量均高于对照;干旱和低温胁迫条件下,除在干旱胁迫后的24h和低温48h罗布麻MDA含量极显著地高于对照外,其余时间点罗布麻MDA含量均低于对照。综上结果表明,罗布麻对盐碱、干旱、低温胁迫的响应存在差异,盐碱胁迫对罗布麻的伤害最大,造成抗氧化酶活性减弱,活性氧清除能力下降,细胞膜被破坏。
Taking Apocynum as test material, the activities of peroxidase (POD), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) of Apocynum venetum under different stress periods were studied under salt stress, drought and low temperature Changes. Content lower than the control. In conclusion, the response of Apocynum vetipes to salinity, drought and low temperature stress were different. Saline-alkali stress had the greatest damage to Apocynum venetum, which resulted in the decrease of antioxidant enzyme activity, the decrease of reactive oxygen species scavenging ability and the destruction of cell membrane.
