目的:探讨新型镇静催眠药佐匹克隆(ZOP)对人血浆阿司匹林酯酶活性的影响及临床意义。方法:用高效液相色谱法测定培养体系中阿司匹林(ASA)和水杨酸(SA)的浓度,以CSA/(CASA+CSA)代表阿司匹林酯酶的活性,比较对照组和实验组间阿司匹林酯酶活性变化,以此来评价ZOP对人血浆阿司匹林酯酶活性的影响。结果:佐匹克隆对人血浆阿司匹林酯酶活性的影响不大(P>0.05)。结论:佐匹克隆对人血浆阿司匹林活性无影响,这对于临床合理应用两药(ZOP和阿司匹林)具有一定的指导意义。
Objective: To investigate the effect and clinical significance of the new sedative-hypnotic drug Zopiclone on human plasma aspirin esterase activity. Methods: The concentrations of aspirin (ASA) and salicylic acid (SA) in culture system were determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The activity of aspirin esterase was represented by CSA / (CASA + CSA). The levels of aspirin ester Changes in enzyme activity, in order to evaluate the impact of ZOP on human plasma aspirin esterase activity. Results: Zopiclone had little effect on the esterase activity of human plasma (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Zopiclone has no effect on the activity of human plasma aspirin, which is of guiding significance for the clinical rational use of both drugs (ZOP and aspirin).
